Planning Approved for Anglesey self-catering apartments

Our new build development of nine self-catering apartments in Bull Bay / Porth Llechog, Anglesey has recently received planning consent

Located on the site of the former Bull Bay Hotel which was demolished last year following health and safety concerns, the new building was designed to replicate the form and massing of the previous hotel building, with a contemporary twist to enhance and revitalise the site.

Located in an elevated position above the bay, all apartments provide two bedrooms with open plan kitchen / living / dining rooms and Juliet balconies allowing views out across the Anglesey coastline.

We are looking forward to seeing this development proceed on site in the coming months.
