Our Lady's Primary School

We are delighted to report that on Monday Gwynedd Council’s Planning Committee voted unanimously to approve the Planning Application for Our Lady's Primary School in Bangor.

Located on the site of the former Ysgol Glanadda, the new school building has been designed to respect the legacy of the site, replicating the form and scale of the original 1900’s school with a modern interpretation to meet 21st Century School requirements. The 150 place single storey primary school building also provides a 20 place nursery and 30 place Cylch Meithrin and allows Our Lady's School to relocate from their current location further down the road to this new purpose built, energy efficient school designed to meet Welsh Government’s Net Zero operational carbon requirements.
